1 oz Jameson Irish whiskey
1 fresh mint mint
1/2 oz simple syrup
top with soda

Mull (crush) the fresh mint, as if you were making a mojito. Add mulled mint to Jameson's, add simple syrup and soda. Shake with crushed ice for 30 seconds. Pour onto fresh ice.
